The Walgwan staff members are a family that counts on the expertise of approximately twenty people: daytime and night-time attendants, educators, a clinical support worker, a clinical advisor, a human resources counselor, a psychologist, a teacher, cooks, a janitor, administrative staff and volunteers. They work together to create a climate of trust that contributes to healing.
